Veppam Kottai or Neem Seeds are dried and as raw. It can be used to grow new plants. These seeds kernels can be used to prepare herbal powders to treat Wounds those are long lasting.

These kernels grounded into powder and mixed with water can be used to clean worms from the Wounds. Those wounds will go away sooner.
