Nathai Soori seeds are dried and available online as raw. It is also called as Kuli Meettan in Tamil. It is one of most important herbal because it has been used by our ancient siddhars to make Kaya Karpam. It can be used for the following.

1. Legiyum prepared from Seeds can be used to treat Diarrhoea.

2. Its roots can be used to strengthen our Body and also as Body Coolant.

3. Its Seeds can be used as Tea or Coffee.
